Please schedule your cleaning service at least 48 hours in advance. You can contact us by phone, email, or online booking. We will confirm your appointment and send you a reminder before the service date. If you need to reschedule or cancel your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge. 

Day of service calls are accepted but for organization purposes please call as soon as you know our services are needed therefore our team can review if we can get you taken care of. 

Please make sure that we have access to your property on the day of the service. You can provide us with a key, a code, or instructions on how to enter your property. If we are unable to access your property or if we are turned away for any reason, we will charge you a lockout fee of 50% of the service charge. 

We accept cash, check, credit card, or online payment. Payment is due at the time of service or before the service date. If you pay by check, please make it payable to Victory Cleaning Service. If your payment is late or bounced, we will charge you a late fee of $25 or 10% of the service charge, whichever is higher.

 We strive to provide you with the best possible cleaning service. We inspect our work before leaving your property and ask you to do the same. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix it for free. Refunds are not offered, but we will do our best to make it right.
